As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to residents, and respond with professionalism to any situations that arise. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and residents by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by location. Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols. Collaborate with property management and/or law enforcement when necessary, following established protocols. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or observations as required by Allied Universal and client policies. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
