What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of lobbies, office areas, ATM and vestibule areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor traffic, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and direct individuals to appropriate destinations while following site-specific protocols. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or local emergency services as needed. Complete timely security-related reports and documentation, communicate observations to leadership, and support investigations by preserving details and assisting with video review requests when assigned. Minimum Requirements: Have 1+ years of security-related experience. Be 21+ years of age. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Have customer service experience, preferred. Have a state, county, or city issued security license, preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
