As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol healthcare locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the healthcare location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible security-related presence. Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to site and Allied Universal procedures. Assist with emergency response activities, including guiding individuals during evacuations or medical emergencies as appropriate. Collaborate with healthcare staff and local authorities as needed to support a secure and welcoming environment. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age. CPR certification is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
