As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact, providing a welcoming presence while monitoring access and assisting visitors. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible and professional demeanor, responding to inquiries, and delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do: Greet visitors, employees, and/or clients in a professional manner at the front desk of a financial institution location. Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification and logging visitors, helping to deter unauthorized entry. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk with a calm, problem-solving approach. Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to security-related tasks at the front desk. Assist with emergency response activities as directed, communicating clearly with team members and management. Maintain a visible Allied Universal presence at the front desk to help to deter disruptive behavior and/or unauthorized activity. Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting with directions within the location. Document security-related incidents and/or unusual activity according to site protocols. Minimum Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Must be at least 21 years of age. CPR certification is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
