What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the front desk. Monitor access to the location by greeting and screening visitors, managing visitor sign-in and/or badges as directed, and directing authorized guests to the appropriate destination. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and communicating concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Have a minimum of 1 or more years of security-related experience. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A Guard Card and/or license is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
