As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document observations, and support employees and visitors with courteous customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify concerns. Monitor access points and observe people and vehicles for unusual behavior, escalating issues through approved channels and/or according to post orders. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with onsite personnel and/or public responders as directed. Complete timely reports and logs on patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate status updates to supervisors and/or client representatives per site procedures. Minimum Requirements: Have 1+ years of security-related experience. Be 21+ years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
