As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet staff and visitors, communicate clearly, and report concerns with professionalism. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Monitor access control points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization as required, and direct individuals to appropriate destinations while maintaining a professional presence. Respond to alarms, reports of suspicious activity, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site leadership and/or public emergency services when needed. Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs, and communicate security-related observations to on-site management and/or Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: A guard card/license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
