What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for people and property. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Monitor access points and observe for any unusual or suspicious behavior, reporting findings according to established protocols. Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and maintain a visible presence throughout the location. Document incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports as required by site procedures. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
