What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols. Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors by providing directions and information as needed within the financial institution location. Complete detailed and accurate written reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required, following established procedures. Adhere to all site-specific policies, procedures, and post orders as directed by Allied Universal. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
