As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, support access control, and respond to requests with strong customer service and communication. You will document observations and share timely updates with site leadership. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed. Conduct regular and random unarmed foot patrols throughout the facility, including offices, lobbies, common areas, and the exterior perimeter, documenting observations per post orders. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating key details to Allied Universal supervision and/or site contacts. Monitor access points and interior activity during patrols, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or prohibited behavior, and reporting suspicious activity according to site policy. Complete required reports and logs, including incident documentation and patrol activity records, and assist with customer and visitor questions as needed. Minimum Requirements: CPR certification is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Customer Service Experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
