As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, interacting with tenants and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by site. Observe and report any unusual activity and/or potential threats within the assigned location. Assist with access control and help to deter unauthorized entry to the premises. Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed. Document incidents, observations, and actions taken during patrols according to site protocols. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
