Job Description As a Security Officer - Commercial Real Estate Patrols in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment. Your visible presence and routine patrols contribute to a sense of comfort for tenants and visitors. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report any unusual activity, potential threats, or hazards found during patrols and/or while on post. Collaborate with property management and/or tenants as needed to address security-related concerns within the commercial real estate environment. Maintain clear and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or any security-related events as required by site protocols. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
