Job Description As a Security Officer - Commercial Access Control in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do: Monitor and control access to the property, verifying identification and credentials for all individuals entering and exiting the location. Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors, tenants, and staff in accordance with site-specific policies. Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and surrounding areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures. Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols. Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including coordinating with local authorities as needed. Maintain awareness of the environment and report any suspicious behavior or potential threats to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
