Job Description As a Security Officer - Clinic Patrol Unarmed in Clifton, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol healthcare locations to help create a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting staff, patients, and visitors as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Document and report security-related incidents, unusual observations, and maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials as required. Support Allied Universal management and healthcare staff during emergency situations and/or drills, following established protocols. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances and provide reassurance to those within the healthcare location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
