As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a welcoming presence. What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within financial institution locations. Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any irregularities or incidents to Allied Universal management and/or the client representative as directed. Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter potential security-related concerns. Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances, exits, and visitor activity as required by site-specific protocols. Assist with emergency response activities and follow established protocols during incidents, evacuations, or drills. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as directed by Allied Universal policies. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Being at least 21 years of age is required. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
