As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your role involves conducting routine patrols and providing exceptional customer service and communication to everyone you encounter. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using Allied Universal protocols and guidance. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and/or checking identification as needed. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to clients and visitors. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly according to Allied Universal standards. Minimum Requirements: Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
