Job Description As a Security Officer - Auto Driver Patrol Full-Time in Pattison, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in the auto industry, you will monitor and patrol designated locations to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. Your visible presence and strong communication skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. This role requires driving responsibilities, so a valid driver's license is necessary. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access. Document observations, incidents, and/or activities in daily reports as required by Allied Universal and site procedures. Work closely with site personnel and visitors to address questions and provide assistance as needed. Remain alert and attentive while on duty, adapting to the unique environment of an automotive facility. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
