As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and monitor entry points within a dynamic food and beverage location. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to support a secure environment, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location to help to deter unauthorized entry. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Document observations, incidents, and/or activities as required by site-specific policies. Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees while upholding Allied Universal standards. Assist with implementing and maintaining site-specific security-related protocols relevant to the food and beverage environment. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
