As an Allied Universal team member in an access control role at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do: Monitor access points and verify credentials of personnel, visitors, and vehicles entering the location to help to deter unauthorized entry. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to observe for unusual activity and security-related concerns. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting individuals at the location in accordance with site-specific policies. Document and report observations, incidents, and security-related activities as required by Allied Universal and client protocols. Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with site management and first responders as needed. Maintain awareness of the manufacturing and industrial environment to identify potential security-related risks or hazards. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
