Job Description As a Security Officer - Access Control Gate in Frankfort, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent food and beverage location, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do: Manage access control by verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized individuals at the location. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity. Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by addressing inquiries and assisting as needed. Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in accordance with Allied Universal standards. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to observe and report security-related concerns. Document incidents, observations, and activities accurately in reports and logs. Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related needs and/or concerns. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
