What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail distribution environment. Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and permissions for entry and exit in accordance with site protocols. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or potential issues. Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and welcoming environment for all visitors, employees, and contractors. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
