JOB SUMMARY This role serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems; document technical issues; and proactively engage customers to ensure satisfaction and utilization. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; provide education and guidance regarding best practices, and other products and services. • Uses predefined resources and procedures to verify new customer information. • Assists customers with utilization of application and related technologies. • Update customer accounts by recording account information. • Maintains customer records by updating account information. • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. • Complies with regulations by adhering to codes, specifications, and rules. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Excellent communication skills. • Possess a strong understanding of Customer Support processes and functions. Ability to address issues with difficult customers in demanding situations. • Have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. • The ability to learn and train others on a technical application.
