Position Summary We're seeking an energetic and customer-focused ART - Leasing Consultant (Multisite) to provide leasing support and training across multiple communities. In this floating role, you'll travel to assigned sites to connect with prospective residents, showcase available homes, and ensure each community meets its leasing and occupancy goals. Your ability to build rapport, present our communities in their best light, and adapt to varied environments will make you a key contributor to our success. Key Responsibilities Travel to assigned communities to provide leasing coverage and training as needed. Identify the needs and qualifications of prospective residents. Conduct tours of available or model apartments, highlighting layout, features, and amenities. Provide information on nearby schools, shopping, recreation, and transportation. Complete the leasing process, including collecting deposits, preparing leases, and explaining terms of occupancy. Inspect property condition periodically and arrange necessary maintenance. Prepare and maintain accurate listings of available units. Create and post vacancy advertisements. Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for residents and prospects. Attend and participate in regular meetings and training sessions. Qualifications High school diploma or GED; one to three months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage difficult or emotional situations professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365; Yardi experience highly preferred. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and compute rates, ratios, and percentages. Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to follow instructions, solve problems, and adapt to varied situations. Willingness to travel between communities; valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and required insurance. Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and work in varied environments, including outdoors and on different terrain.
