We are looking for a remarkable person who will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in all day-to-day operations, and has a can-do attitude, and works well in a team setting. If this sounds like you, we would like to hear from you!We Offer$36 per hourFull-time employees earn 152 hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 120 hours a year. Increased PTO after 5 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.9 Paid Holidays (New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas).Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Coverage is offered through Kaiser Permanente, Guardian, and Mutual of Omaha.Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) through Lively.Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)401(k) Plan after one month of employment. Allied Residential matches 25% of every dollar that you contribute up to 4% of your gross eligible compensation.On hands training and opportunities for growth, advancements, and opportunities for you to excel within Allied Residential.RequirementsMust have 1 year of property management experience.Knowledge and experience in LIHTC.The right candidate will perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties.Knowledge of Yardi software preferred.Proficiency with general office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Good customer service and communication skills.Have a positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environmentConsistent work history and verifiable references,Ability to pass drug/background and reference checkA valid driver's licenseEssential FunctionsConduct all business in accordance with Allied Residential policies and procedures; Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other Federal and State lawsExceptional Customer Service skills including professional, prompt, and courteous interactions with residents, co-workers, and vendors; Handle resident, vendor and prospective resident walk-insProvide residents and vendors with assistance in all aspects of scheduling building maintenance, communicating building procedures and providing general building informationProcess correspondence for residents, contractors and other third parties for property management staffSupport overall office operational needs by answering phones, filing, ordering supplies...etc.Conduct lease renewals; ensure lease files are complete and filed properlyPerform rent collection, delinquency, and move-out statementsMaintained highly organized filing system for leases, residents, insurance certificates, vendors, building contracts, and purchase ordersRepresent the company in a professional manner at all the timesPerform other related duties and responsibilities as requiredDiversityAllied Residential is an Equal Employment Opportunity and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
