Join Our Team as a Material Planner and Drive Excellence in Supply Chain Operations! Are you passionate about optimizing supply chain processes and ensuring seamless production flow? We’re seeking a dynamic Material Planner to oversee crucial procurement and inventory activities within our manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll manage supplier relationships, coordinate logistics, and support our just-in-time production to meet customer demands with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining high standards of delivery performance and material reliability, making a tangible impact on our success. Required Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent experience • 1-3 years of experience in materials planning or control, preferably in automotive manufacturing • Strong analytical skills to evaluate inventory levels and planning data • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) and ERP systems • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Proven expediting and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, JIT environment • Professional certifications such as CPIM, CPM, or APICS are a plus Nice To Have Skills • Import/export and trade compliance knowledge • Experience with logistics management systems and transportation coordination Preferred Education And Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, especially within automotive manufacturing settings • Certification in supply chain management Other Requirements • Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments • Must be able to handle confidential information discretely • Capable of extended computer-based work and physical movement within the facility • Knowledge of trade compliance and international shipping processes is advantageous Ready to make an impact?
