The Paint Superintendent will oversee and manage the paint operations, ensuring projects are completed according to schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations. Responsibilities include supervision and coordination of painting crews, managing project timelines, maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols, and liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction. The role also requires preparing reports and collaborating with other departments to optimize efficiency and resolve issues as they arise. Qualifications • Experience in supervising painting operations, strategic planning, and team management • Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and equipment maintenance • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills • Understanding of safety regulations and ability to implement compliance measures • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead and collaborate with teams and clients • Hands-on experience in industrial or commercial painting projects is a plus • High school diploma required; additional certifications or relevant training preferred • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Proficiency in using job management software tools is a plus
