Location: AB HQ, Dallas, TX About the Role Allie + Bess is looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Operations and Fufilment Specialist to join our growing team in Dallas. This role is the heartbeat of our operations, making sure inventory is accurate, orders are fulfilled quickly and beautifully, and our customer experience feels seamless both online and in person. From managing products across Shopify and Faire to supporting our artisan beaders and assisting customers in our HQ showroom, this role touches every part of the business. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, loves problem-solving, and takes pride in creating smooth systems that keep a business moving. Experience in e-commerce or retail operations is a plus, as this role blends both back-of-house efficiency and customer-facing interaction. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Product Management • Manage and track inventory across Shopify, Faire, and in-person channels. • Receive and organize incoming product shipments and supplies. • Monitor low/out-of-stock items and update daily ordering spreadsheets. • Keep stockroom organized with daily product put-away and system checks. • Maintain accurate, real-time counts in Shopify. • Develop and maintain a clear and scalable SKU system. Order Fulfillment • Accurately pick, prepare, and pack customer orders for shipment. • Quality check and stage products with proper labeling. • Restock and organize shipping supplies as needed. • Maintain an efficient, organized fulfillment space for raw and finished goods. • Schedule and manage USPS daily pickups. Beader Coordination • Prep beads and materials for beaders. • Coordinate drop-offs and pick-ups. • Track returns and deadlines to ensure on-time completion. Customer Service • Respond to customer emails and inquiries throughout the day (GoDaddy). • Provide in-person support for shoppers at AB HQ. • Greet customers warmly and assist with order pickup. Operations Support • Partner with the e-commerce team on inventory planning and forecasting. • Attend team calendar meetings to review upcoming launches and restocks. • Assist with product launches, wholesale markets, and brand events.
