Job Description Provide with logistics and inventory support for the cut rag operation. Responsibilities • Set up processing runs - all details within the ToPs system • Assist with processing Sales Orders, Deliveries, Shipments and Pick Lists for AOSP • Compile data for regulatory agencies i.e. TTB, FDA, among others ECP/AOSP • Maintains and processes confidential information, forms and records ECP/AOSP • Provide with a variety of financial, administrative and production support including written communications, presentations, projects, file creation, filing, answering phones, copying and scanning, sort the mail, purchase office supplies, among others AOSP • Support with inbound shipments with origins, including working with carriers, warehouses, and other AOI personnel and associated companies to ensure timely goods receipt for AOSP • Assist with the setup of import grades, including estimated cost, Material Master and Purchase Order creations AOSP • Other projects and duties are required ECP/AOSP Qualifications Job Competencies: • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. • Good problem solving and decision making skills. • Good mathematical and accounting skills • Strong computer skills to include advanced MS Office skills. • Must have good planning skills and ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects. • Must work effectively with others to achieve goals and resolve issues. Education And Experience Required • Four-year degree from an accredited College/University in business related field or equivalent work experience • Experience in an ERP environment, SAP experience strongly preferred • Experience working in Manufacturing / Supply Chain is a plus
