Role Overview: As a Junior Support Engineer at Allego, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical support to our customers. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, provide timely solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product and customer experience. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical issues via multiple channels. - You will diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems related to our SaaS platform. - You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. - You will document support cases and contribute to knowledge base articles. - You will assist in testing new features and updates to ensure quality and usability. - You will participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your technical skills. - You will provide feedback from customers to help improve product functionality and user experience. What You Bring: - 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role. - Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud technologies. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
