Sales Operations Analyst The sales operations analyst serves as a business partner to Allegion’s sales organization by creating and managing reporting, administering operational processes, and troubleshooting issues with our tools to improve the efficiency of the sales force. We are looking for candidates who have experience in Power BI or Tableau, can use sales data to tell a story, and can take a collaborative approach to problem solving. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. What You Will Do: Provide timely, high-quality analytics on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, win/loss trends, sales productivity, territory performance and quota attainment. Design, build and automate executive and operational dashboards and reports (Dynamics CRM, Power BI, Python or similar). Maintain and improve KPIs and reporting frameworks that support executive decision-making. Identify, document and implement scalable process improvements; monitor outcomes and iterate to increase efficiency and data quality. Partner with sales, marketing, finance and the data team to align metrics, translate business questions into analytics requirements, and ensure stakeholder needs are met. Manage multiple initiatives concurrently, delivering analyses and dashboard releases on schedule while communicating progress and risks. Follow code management processes and tools; ensure data integrity, reproducibility and documentation of models and ETL workflows. Translate complex data into clear, actionable reports and presentations for cross-functional teams and senior leadership; perform ad hoc analyses as needed. What You Need to Succeed: BA / BS degree or equivalent experience required Minimum 3 years data analysis, reporting and/or finance forecasting experience, with a strong proficiency in dashboarding technologies such as Power BI or Tableau Ability to collaborate with sales and strategic business units for continuously improve sales reporting processes Proven experience building and automating dashboards in Power BI and pulling data from CRM systems (Dynamics preferred) and SQL tables. Experience creating analytics metrics using DAX or similar framework Highly detail oriented and demonstrated problem solving skills Preferred Requirements: 2 to 3 years minimum of Sales/Revenue operations experience with a focus on sales analytics Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment Experience with Microsoft data analysis tools: Power BI or Power BI Report Builder Understanding of statistical programming languages such as Python or R Data visualization experience Strong understanding of data modeling best practices Interest to learn and ability to apply new tools and methods Opportunity for occasional travel Why Work for Us?
