Job Summary: We are seeking an analytics lead for Allegion’s sales and operations planning process. The role will lead the analytics to fuel with SIOP process. You’ll be responsible for data integration, process support, model development, scenario planning and executive storytelling – all to drive optimized inventory and service levels. You’ll partner with IT, sales, marketing, finance, and operations for success. What You Will Do: Develop demand forecast models by designing, building, deploying, and maintaining statistical and machine learning models to predict future product demand. Build data pipelines and dashboards by designing and implementing automated data pipelines to clean, process, and aggregate large datasets from ERP systems, CRM, and POS data. Conduct analysis, tool development, and troubleshooting for the monthly forecasting process. Monitor model performance and governance - track metrics such as accuracy, bias, drift, and calibration; maintain a model risk register; implement alerts and remediation plans. Conduct root cause analysis by analyzing discrepancies between forecast and actual sales to identify drivers of variance and improve future predictions. Lead scenario planning and what-if analyses by quantifying the financial and service-level impact of promotions, market changes, capacity constraints, and supply disruptions; recommend courses of action. Translate analytics into action - partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations; deliver executive dashboards and actionable recommendations; tell the data story for decision-makers. Drive continuous improvement by researching and implementing new techniques and technologies to advance the company's forecasting capabilities. What You Need to Succeed: Degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics or related field 3-5 years of experience in data science, with a focus on time-series analysis, regression analysis and machine learning 3-5 years of experience developing data visualizations for cross-functional audiences (Tableau, Power BI, etc) Proficiency in SQL; one or more of Python or R for modeling and data manipulation Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to distill complex concepts into actionable insights Ability to travel up to 20% Preferred Qualifications & Experience Experience with forecasting tools or libraries and/or enterprise planning platforms is a plus. Experience in S&OP/SIOP or supply chain. Experience communicating complex models to cross functional audiences. Why Work for Us? Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. The expected Base Salary Range: $100,000-$154,800.
