Full Description

New position available for a Clearinghouse Implementation/Support Specialist in a growing medical software company in South Tulsa. You will provide client implementation into clearinghouse services, ongoing system support, train clients, and work with clients to ensure they are satisfied and properly utilizing the software. No traveling included. Can be a work from home position with some office presence required if local. Job duties include: • Support and train clients on the billing software • Assist clients with electronic remittance advice • Data entry • Troubleshooting clearinghouse issues as reported by clients Skills Requirements: • Billing experience with electronic claims, e-posting and working rejected claims • Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding • Computer savvy and quick learner of computer software programs • Good customer service skills • Typing skills for moderate data entry • Ability to multi-task • Detail oriented • Clearinghouse experience a plus • Credentialing knowledge a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Experience: • Medical billing: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
