Senior Project Manager – Water / Wastewater Charlotte, North Carolina $125,000–$175,000 + Vehicle Allowance + Full Benefits A highly respected self-performing GC is seeking an experienced Project Manager & Senior Project Manager with deep treatment plant expertise to manage complex, large-scale water and wastewater construction projects across our Southeast regional footprint. The role is based out of the Charlotte HQ, with travel to site once a week. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who has run major treatment plant projects independently, thrives in a self-perform environment, and wants to join a company that invests heavily in its people. This role is to play a key role in $100M+ treatment plant builds with full support, resources, and offers huge long-term career stability. Furthermore, this leading employer will support relocators for this role. As Senior Project Manager you will be managing all aspects of major treatment plant construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while leading project planning, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
