Senior Project Manager – Construction / K-12 Ground-Up Charlotte, NC $130,000 - $160,000 + Excellent Benefits (Bonus + Full Health Coverage) Are you ready to lead a landmark K-12 ground-up project and make a lasting impact on a growing community? An employee-owned, S-Corp General Contractor is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to take the lead on a major K-12 development in Charlotte. This is a high-visibility, long-term project where your leadership will directly shape outcomes across schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder relationships. As the driving force behind this project, you will serve as the primary decision-maker and trusted point of contact from preconstruction through final delivery. You’ll set the tone for performance, accountability, and collaboration ensuring every milestone is achieved with precision. This role offers more than project oversight. You will: • Lead strategy and execution across all phases of the build • Manage budgets and schedules with confidence and accuracy • Proactively identify risks and implement smart solutions • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams • Mentor and develop junior team members, strengthening future leadership What We’re Looking For • A proven Project Manager ready to step up to Senior PM, or an experienced Senior Project Manager • Demonstrated success delivering $40M+ K-12 or similar large-scale ground-up projects • Strong leadership presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • A consistent track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget • Confidence managing high-profile, confidential assignments Interested?
