Project Executive – Multifamily Construction (URGENT - Interviews ASAP) Bradenton, FL (Projects across Sarasota & Manatee Counties) $200,000 + Bonus + Executive Benefits + Vehicle Allowance We’re partnering with a long-established and highly respected GC based in Bradenton, FL, known for delivering top-tier multifamily and government construction projects across Tampa, Sarasota, and Bradenton for over 30 years. Now entering a major expansion phase including significant scaling and growth into both Orlando and Naples the company is actively building out its senior leadership team to help shape this exciting new chapter. With 3 new multifamily developments breaking ground in the next 90 days, this is a rare opportunity to step into a Project Executive role with immediate impact. You’ll take full leadership of high-profile projects across Sarasota and Manatee Counties, guiding them from preconstruction through delivery, while influencing strategic planning, delivery methods, team structure, and long-term growth initiatives. As a key member of the executive team, you’ll oversee multiple project teams, mentor senior staff, and serve as the point of accountability for schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction. You’ll also play a hands-on role in preconstruction and project strategy, ensuring alignment between field operations, ownership, and client goals. We’re looking for a proven leader with extensive experience delivering ground-up multifamily projects, including garden-style, wrap, podium, and high-density developments. You should be confident managing complex builds in the $15M–$50M+ range and leading multiple teams across different sites or phases. Strong communication and mentorship skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of Florida building codes, permitting, and regional construction standards. This role offers true long-term potential, including a possible path to VP of Construction, within a company known for its stability, accountability, and deep-rooted presence in the Florida market.
