Sales Manager – In-Home Sales (Michigan Territory) Join a company built on 40+ years of Michigan excellence. All Weather Seal of West Michigan is expanding into new Michigan markets and seeking a proven in-home sales leader to anchor a high-performance territory. This role is designed for an experienced Sales Manager or a top-performing one-call-close Sales Representative ready to step into leadership. What You’ll Do • Lead and coach a team of in-home Sales Representatives • Drive close rates, average ticket, and overall territory performance • Conduct ride-alongs and hands-on sales coaching • Hold the team accountable to process and performance standards • Run consistent sales meetings focused on skill development and results • Maintain a strong, competitive, performance-driven culture What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of in-home, one-call-close sales experience • Experience selling high-ticket home improvement products (windows, bath remodels, roofing, siding, etc.) • Prior Sales Management experience or a track record as a top-performing independent contributor • Consistent history of high closing percentages and strong revenue production • Strong objection handling and in-home presentation skills • Ability to coach and develop closers through ride-alongs and performance feedback • Driven, competitive, and results-oriented What We Offer • Qualified, company-generated leads • Established Michigan brand with 40+ years of credibility • Paid training and leadership development support • Performance-based compensation with strong upside • Growth opportunities as the company continues expanding across Michigan About Us All Weather Seal of West Michigan has been a trusted home improvement leader for over four decades, specializing in replacement windows, metal roofing, and bath remodels.
