Job Description Job Title Wisconsin Senior Campaign Manager Reports To Wisconsin State Director Salary Range $83,769 - $112,679 Direct Reports Interns as needed Location Various Position Status Full-time, Exempt Posting Date October 7, 2025 Job Overview: The Wisconsin Senior Campaign Manager is a core member of the Wisconsin team. They will lead on education and outreach for campaign initiatives and play a key role in managing relationships within the state’s coalition and with key stakeholders and election officials. Responsibilities: • Evaluates policies for how they impact voters’ rights and helps devise solutions to barriers voters face • Leads education and outreach for campaign initiatives and partners with key allies to identify opportunities for advancement of voting rights in the state • Expands our network of grassroots partners in state, manages relationships within the state’s coalition, and plays a leading role in representing the organization and acting as lead contact for partners • Represents All Voting is Local at coalition, governmental, and stakeholder meetings • Builds relationships, takes meetings and lobbies election and elected officials • Writes and films digital content about issue campaigns to educate and activate supporters, coalition partners, and other stakeholders • Drafts and acts as Owner on campaign plans, presenting them to the larger All Voting team, executing strategies and tactics, and tracking the campaign’s impact • May act as a spokesperson for the state and participate in media events • Supports State Directors in strategic planning and budgeting • May be responsible for the management of part time interns Minimum Requirements: • 5+ years experience within the political, organizing, or campaigning space • High school diploma or equivalent • Have established and productive relationships within the state grassroots leaders community • Demonstrated skill working with and building issue based coalitions • Familiarity with state election systems, needs, and issues • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment • Ability to think creatively and find solutions • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Must be based in the state and able to travel primarily within the state regularly; must have reliable transportation for intrastate travel • Demonstrated ability to work with communities of color in an advocacy setting Desired Qualifications: • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
