Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mailroom / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and providing exceptional customer service. Dress Code: Black polo shirt, black jeans and black sneakers Roles: • The candidate will be responsible for managing mailroom operations including receiving, sorting, and delivering incoming packages such as FedEx, UPS, and Amazon, as well as processing outgoing shipments. • They will check and replenish supply rooms daily, maintain cleanliness and organization of conference and scrum rooms, and assist with conference room setups in support of the FAST team. • Additional duties include delivering packages to SMART lockers, handling light printing, copying, and laminating requests, and providing backup reception support when needed. • The role involves frequent walking, standing, and lifting, with occasional shipments over 50 lbs; assistance and equipment such as carts and dollies will be available. • The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in mailroom and shipping operations, conference room setup, and customer-facing roles. • Strong knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Teams is required, along with basic printing capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills. • The position requires adaptability to a fast-paced environment and attention to detail. This is a physical role combined with administrative responsibilities, offering the opportunity for permanent placement. Parking is provided.
