Full Description

All Pro Heating, Air & Plumbing is hiring a Dispatcher to support our field technicians and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role is responsible for scheduling jobs, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring service calls are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities • Schedule and route HVAC and plumbing technicians throughout the day • Review job details and confirm technicians have parts and information needed • Update job statuses and notes in Service Fusion • Communicate with technicians through Slack and phone as needed • Work with customers to verify arrival times or reschedule when necessary • Assist the team with closing out completed service calls • Monitor the schedule to avoid gaps or delays Tools Used • Service Fusion • Podium • Slack • Google Drive Qualifications • Previous experience in dispatching, coordinating, customer service, or administrative work • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Good communication and problem-solving skills • Basic computer and software knowledge • Reliable and able to work full time What We Offer • Stable, full-time work • Supportive team environment • Opportunities to grow with a fast-growing company • Training on systems and procedures If you’re organized, calm under pressure, and enjoy helping a team stay on track, we’d like to hear from you.
