Job Summary All Pro Freight, northeast Ohio's premier logisitics provider is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients through outbound calling, cold calling, and telemarketing efforts to generate new business opportunities and support our sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in business development, marketing, and inside sales to contribute to a growing organization. Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calls and warm calls to potential clients to generate new leads and expand existing accounts • Engage in B2B sales activities by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and client engagement • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally • Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and nurturing prospects • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends relevant to technology or technical sales Qualifications • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development within a B2B environment • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively • Knowledge of technology sales or technical products is a plus • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written • Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism • Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This position is an excellent fit for motivated individuals looking to advance their careers in inside sales, business development, or marketing within a supportive and innovative organization.
