We also provide minimal administrative support to the Opal Foundation (a nonprofit). Marketing Portfolio Priority: While this role manages execution across our entire portfolio, the day-to-day focus is heavily weighted toward the All Points Media brand. A smaller, supporting allocation of time is required for PrintWorks, Cinch Traps, and AP Installation. Opal Foundation activities are minimal and largely administrative. THE ROLE: MARKETING OPERATIONS BACKBONE The Marketing Coordinator serves as the operational backbone for the Marketing Director, managing day-to-day execution across multiple brands. This role is ideal for a highly-organized, self-starter who thrives in organized chaos and is eager to optimize processes using technology and AI. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Marketing Operations & Process Optimization • System Management: Maintain and optimize the Monday.com project management workspace and support CRM (Salesforce) and email marketing (ActiveCampaign) systems. • Project Management: Manage all marketing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external partners on creative and technical deliverables. 2. AI Implementation & Digital Efficiency • AI Integration: Proactively leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to automate reporting, support data analysis, and streamline existing marketing workflows. • Research: Utilize AI tools and other resources for market research and competitive analysis. 3. Content & Campaign Execution • Digital Publishing: Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, coordinate WordPress website updates, and deploy email campaigns. • Campaign Support: Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through deployment. • Sales Enablement: Create and maintain sales support materials (one-pagers, case studies) with a primary focus on All Points Media. 4. Administrative & Reporting • Monitor and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and key digital metrics. • Process invoices and track marketing expenses against budgets. • Support trade show logistics and marketing calendar maintenance. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Coordination, Project Management, or Marketing Operations. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (will consider equivalent professional experience). • AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using AI tools for marketing tasks and workflow optimization. • Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management platforms (Monday.com preferred), marketing automation (ActiveCampaign preferred), Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), and familiarity with the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop).
