Warehouse Manager The Warehouse Manager will report to Operations Manager. Job Overview The Warehouse Manager will be organizing, maintaining, and executing storage-in and storage-out at All My Sons Moving and Storage Raleigh. The position will make sure the branch is fully staffed by recruiting, training, and helping to retain team members. Responsibilities and Duties: • Storage Vaults (move, build, repair), warehouse organization. • Storage-in and Storage-out using processes in place. • Form and Manner, pre and post trip inspections, Penske/Ryder app, truck checks. Transfer rentals to & from dealer. • Ongoing training current team members, mover training, driver training, storage training. • Any other tasks and duties as assigned by the operations team. Qualifications: • Forklift Certification Required (or ability to get one) • Be professional on the phone and in person • Be DOT Certified or have the ability become DOT certified. • Must have a valid unencumbered Driver License. • Ability to use basic hand tools. • Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Compensation Structure Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20hr for a 90 day Probation period once complete $56K yr plus 5% bonus Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: One location Schedule: • 8-10 hour shift- 5 day week • Saturdays mandatory, Sundays off Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
