At All Hours Mechanical, a leading commercial HVAC service company in Columbus, were looking for a dynamic HR & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on varietyone day you might be onboarding new team members, and the next youre running a social media campaign or planning a community event. What Youll Do Human Resources • Lead recruitment efforts: write job ads, screen candidates, schedule interviews • Support new hire onboarding and training programs • Maintain employee records, compliance, and HR documentation • Assist with benefits administration and HR policies • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations and culture-building initiatives Marketing • Manage company social media accounts and digital presence • Create marketing materials (flyers, brochures, email campaigns, etc.) • Assist with branding and community outreach initiatives • Support customer communication and reputation management • Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategy to grow brand awareness What Were Looking For • Previous HR and/or marketing experience (13 years preferred) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Tech savvy comfortable with social media, Canva/Adobe, or similar tools • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment compliance a plus • Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Team player who enjoys a small-business environment where you can make an impact Why Join All Hours Mechanical? • Be part of a tight-knit, supportive team that values both professionalism and fun • Growth opportunities as we expand our business and brand • Competitive pay and benefits package • The chance to help shape both our team culture and our public presence Location: Columbus, OH (on-site, with some flexibility) Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
