The Data Entry Specialist II will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data within our company’s systems. This position requires attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive company information. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have prior experience in data entry or office administration. Key Responsibilities: • Input and maintain data in various software systems, including customer information, service schedules, invoices, and work orders. • Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies to ensure accuracy. • Monitor and update databases, spreadsheets, and other records as required. • Process and manage incoming forms and documents for data entry. • Assist with reporting and generating data reports as needed by management. • Communicate with internal teams to clarify and validate data discrepancies. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with company policies and data protection regulations. • Perform routine data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy. • Collaborate with other departments to assist with data-related projects and tasks. • Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, organizing, and preparing documents. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in data entry or administrative support is a plus. • 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software (experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus). • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to handle large volumes of data with high accuracy. • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
