The Talent Acquisition Associate will oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts at Alignment Health. This role manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding while also providing consultative support to hiring managers throughout the hiring journey. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of entry level, high volume, non-exempt roles, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Coordinate and support the conversion of temporary employees to regular status, as well as internal transfers, promotions, and support temporary staffing efforts. Assist recruiters with drafting and posting job advertisements. Support coordination and execution of hiring events and recruitment initiatives. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative methods. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process. Other duties or projects may be assigned. Experience: Required: 2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience Preferred: Recruiting experience in corporate, healthcare organizations, and/or search firms Education: Required: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Specialized Skills: Required: Knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, applicant tracking, closing, offer processes, relationship management. Skilled in creative sourcing strategies and tools including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems. Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance requirements. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
