Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic, organized, and driven Project Manager to lead customer projects in our Engineer-to-Order manufacturing environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and deliverables, while playing a critical role in ensuring successful project execution. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of leading complex, technically focused projects, we want you to be on our team. Key Responsibilities: * Lead all customer projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring schedules, milestones, risks, and project documentation are managed effectively. * Serve as the primary customer contact, providing clear communication, managing expectations, and supporting scope and requirement decisions. * Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Service stay aligned and informed throughout the project. * Manage project scope, budgets (Engineering Hours), and timelines, driving accountability and maintaining accurate reporting for leadership. * Improve project processes, applying PDCA and supporting the development of standardized workflows and professional business practices. Qualifications: * Project management experience in manufacturing, ETO, custom equipment, or closely related environments. * Strong communication and organizational skills.  * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Demonstrated experience in risk management, scheduling, and project planning tools. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven business. * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field & PMP certification.  Skills & Competencies: * Ability to balance customer needs with operational realities. * Strong leadership presence and ability to drive accountability. * Understanding of manufacturing processes and technical equipment. * High attention to detail and follow-through. * Professionalism in all internal and external interactions.
