Full Description

Trax Retail is seeking a dynamic Retail Operations Assistant to join their team, coordinating field staffing projects and supporting representatives. This role involves outreach, follow-ups, and problem-solving to ensure projects are fully staffed and on track, with a focus on strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication. This is a fully remote position for applicants in Central America only. Requirements • Efficiently manage a high volume of tasks and projects, even under tight deadlines • Build strong interpersonal relationships and rapport with representatives and team members • Work closely with the different departments to ensure projects and client requests are met • Serve as the primary point of contact for representatives throughout the project assignment and execution • Interview and screen potential representatives/merchandisers • Explain work opportunities and answer representatives/merchandisers' questions • Ensure a positive representative experience throughout the recruitment process • Collaborate with your Team Lead and other team members to meet staffing needs • Maximize earned revenue against project contracts • Gather client feedback to improve services and prioritize improvements Benefits • Competitive compensation package • Inclusive, fast pace exciting environment • Opportunities for professional growth • 1-on-1 coaching with feedback sessions, mentorships and leadership development programs • Cross-functional development
