Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager Location: US Remote Position Overview: The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for driving user growth for Shopkick through paid performance marketing channels. This role owns the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns focused on user acquisition, retention, and re-engagement, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and measurable results. This is a hands-on, data-driven position that blends analytical thinking with creative problem-solving. The Growth Marketing Manager will test, learn, and scale campaigns while closely tracking performance to maximize return on investment. You will work cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, Creative, and CRM teams to align marketing efforts with product goals and overall business growth. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable making decisions based on data, and has a strong interest in digital performance marketing and consumer-facing apps. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities Lead strategy, execution, and optimization for display, paid search (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads), and retargeting campaigns across all key networks and partners. Manage full-funnel paid campaigns focused on driving new user growth, app installs, and high-value engagement (sign-ups, L2 activations, and re-engagement). Own and optimize budget allocations across channels, focusing on efficiency (CPL, CPA, ROAS) and scaling proven initiatives. Partner with Analytics & Data Insights to develop dashboards, track cohort performance, and uncover actionable insights that improve campaign efficiency. Collaborate with Creative and CRM teams to develop ad concepts, landing pages, and messaging aligned with user journeys. Conduct ongoing A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates and retention quality. Manage relationships with external partners and ad networks to ensure campaign excellence, timely reporting, and innovation adoption. Stay ahead of emerging paid media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep Shopkick at the forefront of performance marketing. Work cross-functionally to ensure paid efforts align with broader growth and brand initiatives. Support the Director of Growth & Integrated Marketing in forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning across all paid acquisition and re-engagement efforts. Requirements 3–6 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with a focus on display, search, and retargeting campaigns. Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition channels for mobile-first or app-based products. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with expertise in tools such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, DV360, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or equivalent MMPs. Deep understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and optimization across platforms. Experience managing six- to seven-figure monthly budgets and driving measurable ROI. Exceptional attention to detail, ability to interpret data, and translate insights into action. Strong communication and project management skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally. A proactive, test-and-learn mindset and comfort with rapid experimentation. Bonus: Experience with CPG, retail, or rewards/loyalty apps is a plus. This position is open to fully remote.
