Role Overview Algoworks is a leading end to end Systems Integration firm, with deep specialization in providing premium and long term Experience Transformation services to leading brands such as Avis Budget Group, NBC Universal, Gulfstream, ADP. The Senior Vice President, Sales – Experience Transformation is a senior individual-contributor growth leader responsible for originating, shaping, and closing complex enterprise transformation engagements. This role focuses on selling high-impact digital transformation, customer experience (CX), and AI-led transformation programs to Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations. This executive will operate as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior marketing, product, and technology leaders, helping clients with deep customer research, reimagining customer journeys, creating and transforming product and employee experiences, and unlocking business value through AI-driven use cases. The role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and works closely with the EVP of Experience Transformation. Key Responsibilities Enterprise & Fortune 500 Sales Leadership (Individual Contributor) • Identify and pursue new leads that have the potential to grow into million-dollar digital, CX, and AI transformation engagements, including multi-year programs. This is a “hunting” role with the expectation of finding new leads, supported by Marketing, Pre-sales, and Delivery as needed. • Own the full lifecycle of large, complex enterprise sales opportunities — from initial executive engagement through deal shaping, commercial structuring, and close. • Build and expand deep relationships with C-suite, business unit leaders, CPOs, CDOs, CMOs, and Heads of CX, Digital, and AI. Required Experience & Qualifications • 15+ years of experience selling digital transformation and CX to large enterprises and Fortune 500 clients. • Proven track record closing large, complex, consultative deals ($1M–$10M+). • Some understanding or experience selling or shaping AI-driven transformation initiatives, including GenAI, data, analytics, automation, or intelligent CX. • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and advise C-suite stakeholders. • Experience in consulting, digital agency, or technology-services environments (e.g., enterprise digital consultancies, experience agencies, or transformation partners). • Ability to operate independently as a senior individual contributor in a highly collaborative, matrixed organization. Preferred Experience • Background working with or against firms such as large consultancies, digital agencies, or enterprise transformation partners. • Experience selling transformation programs that span strategy, experience design, technology, data, and AI. • Comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-evolving AI and emerging-technology landscapes. What Success Looks Like • Consistent origination and closure of high-value digital, CX, and AI transformation deals. • Trusted-advisor relationships with senior enterprise executives. • Clear contribution to revenue growth and market positioning without direct people management responsibilities.
