3+ years of data analyst experience in corporate or financial services, proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools, strong Excel skills, and effective communication abilities.

This role will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing interactive reports using Salesforce and BI tools to support senior leadership and data-driven decision-making. Duties & Responsibilities: • Partner with various departments across the firm to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable reporting and dashboard solutions. • Assist in implementing Business Intelligence (BI) tools, ensuring best practices in visualization and usability are applied. • Design, build, and optimize interactive reports and dashboards using Salesforce and BI tools for Senior Leadership and the Distribution team, enabling data-driven decision-making. • Deliver recurring, ad-hoc, and on-demand reports across multiple business areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Perform data validation and reconciliation, and monitor daily, monthly, and periodic reports to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies. • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reporting deliverables, adhering to compliance and audit standards. • Leverage advanced data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains. • Maintain and update documentation of reporting processes, workflows, and methodologies. Qualifications: • Undergraduate Degree • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above in a 4.0 scale is required • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on data mining, reporting, and analytics in a corporate or financial services environment • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present technical insights to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise manner • Must be highly motivated, organized, and analytical Skills: • Proficiency in Tableau (certification preferred) or other BI tools, with hands-on experience designing executive-level dashboards • Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar query languages for data extraction and manipulation is a plus • Experience with technical writing for queries, reports, workflows, and presentations Salary Expectations: $80,000-100,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus per performance Note: This job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
